Today at 845 I used the ATM at the location in Brandon 042. I debited 50.00 out which on paper it shows a debit but the machine gave me no money. I spoke with a teller who gave me to an older lady, who said basically I'd have to file a dispute. That's a big inconvenience for me especially being bot once did they offer to check the atm camera or count the money. You will be just a number here. Do NOT use this bank. I've had several mishaps with my debit card in which they act like they are ignorant on. I hate leaving bad reviews but they leave me no choice. I've spoken with several people who hated this bank. Heads up I've got the best word of mouth reviews about bankplus. I'll be going with them. ~Willard
