Best restaurant in Lumberton, Mississippi (MS) 2024

Great little fish house in the middle of nowhere. On a recent camping trip to Little Black Creek Campground my wife and I decided to forgo the usual camping fare and go get some catfish. Don’t be fooled by the name as they do have many other options if you are not a fan of fried fish. We found the pricing to be very reasonable with the three filet catfish plate going for about $10 and the all you can eat (whole fish or filet) going for about $14.00. Soft drinks, sweet tea and unsweetened tea were priced at about $2 will free refills. The all you can eat and the three filet plate comes with hush puppies battered fries and some really good coleslaw. They have two flavors of Coleslaw to pick from. “Cool and Creamy” and “Sweet and Tangy”. We both had the Sweet and Tangy and we both love it. If you are in the area give it a try. It’s a great place for families and a nice alternative to eating at the camper. ~Todd
