Best equipment rental agency in New Albany, Mississippi (MS) 2024

I've gotten a great deal on a flat screen TV from here, and paid it off in no time! That being said, I went in two days ago to see about a couch and loveseat. I was able to get a great deal on the monthly payment, but as I sit here in my empty living room, I'm currently not happy. They were supposed to deliver it to me today, so yesterday I had gotten rid of my old set. I called around 4 to ask if it was going to be delivered, and they assured me that it was on the truck and would be here between 4 and 6 PM. It's now well after 7 PM, and no furniture still. I paid for the services, so why lie to me?? I will change or update my review if they agree to knock off my tax on my next payment! It's the LEAST they could do, since I'm currently sitting in a lawn chair! THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. ~Little
