This Walmart could use a crash course in customer service. No one smiles, they look like they are so unhappy with their jobs. When you speak with them, they’ll literally ignore you mid sentence and start speaking to another employee. Service: Battery ~Lori

Purchased a new Ford King Ranch from a different dealership in 2021. Engine would kill with no warning. We brought the vehicle to several local dealerships and they could not figure out the problem. I stumbled on Chester in the service dept at Henderson Ford. He assured me that they WOULD figure out what was going wrong. After about 1 month, he did in fact find the root cause. Chester did for us what no other dealership could do. We can now enjoy our truck. Thank you so much Chester. ~Miguel

Honestly, they have always been the best supply house around but their prices were such that I'd only went to them when the big box stores didn't have what I needed but all the big boxes now have gotten so greedy and so poorly supplied that I gladly drive a little further with the bonus of the nicest people on the coast. Great store because if they don't get have it...you don't need it. ~C

Had to get brake pads. They were busy, but had enough employees to help customers. That being said, it didn't take them very long to help us. We are always satisfied with shopping there and if we have the wrong parts, they've always let us return them as long as the proper procedure was followed when making sure we got the part needed. Keep your receipts, just in case... ~Linette
