Took four hours to to get a tire put on the rim and they didn't put it on my car left the donut on when i had like double checked they would put it on. Waste of time go anywhere else

This place is a joke!!!! I brought 4 tires and a vehicle to this Walmart to get the tires mounted and balance. When getting telling the service writer what I wanted and including that I want the tires installed on my car. I was told it would be about $54. They took the car in and put it on the lift then called and told me that it will be over $100 because I wanted them installed on the car. This has been the worse experience with a mechanic shop ever. I would say that u get what u pay for but they are the most expensive shop around. Oh yeah I forgot to say I called earlier and they said it was $12 a tire for mount and balance. I have been here for an hour and a half and still waiting on my car. I will be spreading the news to everyone to bring their vehicles elsewhere.

Worst place to come to get anything done! DO NOT COME HERE! We were told it would take 1 and a half hours to get a new tire put on my vehicle, we decided to go ahead and walk around the store to wait. We came back to the auto area 2 hours later, giving them extra time just in case. Not only was our vehicle not ready but they had even started on it and the mechanic quoted it at being another 30-45 minutes!!!! We had already waited an additional 30 minutes before coming to pick it up! We asked to speak to a manager and all she had to say was “ Well the person shouldn’t have told you a quoted time because we don’t do that” and then proceeded to give us a 30 minute extended quote time for our vehicle to be finished, her name was Gloria. No apologies, no atttempt to make this right at all. Absolutely disgusted with this outrageous lack of customer service! Then the mechanic proceeded to have to ask multiple questions about what we were having done until the point where my boyfriend had to walk out to literally show him what needed to be done. We will never use Walmart again for any of our automotive needs! Mind you we had my 5 year old son here with us the whole time. Update: When are care was finished, 25 minutes later, Gloria the manager did comp our entire service fee. She also apologized but did not seem pleased at all. Hopefully a lesson will be learned from this.

Bought tires here with warranty. They have to be rotated and balanced every so often to keep warranty current. So at 7:45 AM I pull up to automotive for this service plus an oil change. I'm told 2 to 2 1/2 hours. 3 hours later and and they still haven't started my car. They are so slow and full of excuses.

My daughter went here after a flat on the interstate and they took great care of her and her friends. It seems that all other local tire shops close at 5pm and this Walmart is very busy. They said it would take an hour and it took a little less than that. I thank them for the great job they did for some out of town Aggies.
