What a bummer.. this store was great but has terrible customer service. We bought a Lantern, the lantern was on sale and was also pre decorated inside. The women proceeded to take out all the decorations inside and charging me full price for them. There was one fourth of a floral stem and she wanted to charge me for the whole stem! She then shoved it all back in there with out rearranging it. I bought it because of the beautiful decor inside.. now it’s all messed up! I tried my best to make it look nice but it way prettier before she took it all out! Then.. My mother came in hours afterwards, bought the same lantern and all the same decor separately to decorate hers, herself and it was cheaper then buying the pre decorated one that had the partial decorations! ~Tracie

I’ll start by saying we eat out a lot. Way more than we should. Because of that we can easily spot a well run restaurant. The staff and servers stay here. We never have to wait for a table and the one server who is willing to work like many restaurants that I feel are on their way out. Bemos is like the restaurants I remember from years ago where the staff is well taken care of and happy. No server turn over and bad attitudes. The food and drinks are constantly good. Restrooms are clean and the owners are seen and on top of things. Something you don’t see much of anymore. ~Mike
