What a bummer.. this store was great but has terrible customer service. We bought a Lantern, the lantern was on sale and was also pre decorated inside. The women proceeded to take out all the decorations inside and charging me full price for them. There was one fourth of a floral stem and she wanted to charge me for the whole stem! She then shoved it all back in there with out rearranging it. I bought it because of the beautiful decor inside.. now it’s all messed up! I tried my best to make it look nice but it way prettier before she took it all out! Then.. My mother came in hours afterwards, bought the same lantern and all the same decor separately to decorate hers, herself and it was cheaper then buying the pre decorated one that had the partial decorations!

Buyer beware! This store does not accept returns!! Tried to return items we received as a gift, unopened, only to be told that they will not accept any returns until “people stop freaking out” about covid. Seriously? The items were ceramic and could have easily been wiped down. What about the items people are touching in the store? Complete hypocrisy. The ladies at the front counter were very rude to us. Take your business to a place that treats their customers better.

We love this place! Our home is full of treasures from here. They are timeless and classic. The owners are sweet and so considerate of your needs. The service is outstanding. I would highly reccomend this place.

Lost my mind in there a few years ago. The decorations are beautiful and inspiring. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I love the Fall display, but Christmas is a must see.

I brought in a beautiful vase and I've had sitting in my basement for forever! When I walked in I talked to a woman named Ashley she was extremely helpful! She helped me fill the vase with the most beautiful sticks and leaves and flowers! Now I have my beautiful vase with my beautiful arrangement in my entryway! Everyone compliments me and I just love it! I absolutely love The White Hare! I would recommend it to anyone!

Fun place to browse, but can be pricey. Love the addition of furniture in the new location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Newer freestanding store has tons of merchandise! Even if you can't buy, its a great place to get decor ideas.

Don't get me wrong, they have beautiful things. Very expensive things. What I find ridiculous is a 2 day return policy. Seriously? I bought a sign and went to hang it and it did not fit. Then I go to have surgery and 1 week and 3 days after my purchase I went in to return it. Nope. So if you purchase a wedding, shower, housewarming gift etc the person you are gifting it to can't return it and you probably spent a fair amount of money on it if it came out of this store. I don't know about exchanges, I wasn't offered that option. That's a customer service fail. I won't be buying anything here again. I mean the last two vehicles I bought had a two week return no questions asked policy. This place won't let you return a sign a week later.

We went in the store they followed us around like we were being stalked. We ask for a price on something and the sales women behind us said, “I’ll look when we go down.” Excuse me? I wasn’t shopping with her! When “we” go down! Get me the price so I can shop at your store! I let it go the first time. Then we went back again and the same thing happened! I get it, it might be a policy but I don’t want to feel like I’m being watched! Also, the sales people where extremely rude! Sorry but when I go to a store I like to feel welcome and wanted. Not like another person in line to spend a few bucks.
