The lady watching the self check outs was very nice and helpful. The systems ended up failing as I was trying to use Walmart pay. She suggested going to service desk and was determined to help me. I had my card on me to use but had I not I feel as though she would of def figured out a way to help me pay ! 10 stars for her service alone !!!!

This is the best Wal mart in the joplin area, they always have good deals and plenty of room in the store to move around even during crowded times, parking is always easy, Wal mart staff are always helpful, the management of this Wal mart do a great job at ensuring there store is run with care and consideration for customers 😀

This Walmart is my favorite out of all the ones with in Joplin and Webb City. Very clean, always stocked, excellent customer service and friendly welcoming environment. Keep it up Webb City Staff.

I couldn't find my milk. None of the Walmarts have it at the moment. I really like Almond Breeze nut milk/drink. And NO silk or Hiland will not work for me. Silk is too thick. And Hiland is too sweet. Almond Breeze is just right for me. Silk would probably make good dairy free ice cream though.

Open your Amazon app while shopping and simply order whatever they don’t have, or have relocated to another isle. It will magically appear on your doorstep! Someone decided to make all Walmart’s different. Used to be, all Walmart’s floor plans were generally the same. So you could go to Walmart in another state and easily find what you needed. Inventory might be different, departments might be bigger or smaller, but when you walked in and turned left or right, you knew what would be in that general area. This location has so many inventory problems. Don’t expect to see the same product every time you shop. Might be there tomorrow, maybe next week, maybe next month! Ask a Walmart employee and they shrug their shoulders and politely explain that they are unaware if the product has been discontinued… or moved to another area? And the Walmart app!?!? Not enough space on this review to talk about that train wreck! Hahaha Can Walmart survive this? Maybe they will be history like sears and Montgomery Ward. Or TG&Y : )

Poor grocery selection and the pricing isn't equal to the variety of products. The customer service is very poor. And the hours are horrible other than they the money center and return policy is exceptional.

I went early in the morning therefore the store was not crowded although it is usually extremely crowded!! The customer record a customer representative that I did speak with were very polite! Although I was very disappointed and the stock available as far as meat some frozen foods and cleaning supplies means surprised and everything is so expensive now Vincent now it's almost cheaper to go to other stores I do have to express that I'm disappointed in Walmart prices.
