I've banked here for years, and I've recently had a horrible experience. Their ATM "ate" $400 of my money, the Monday before Thanksgiving. It printed a receipt and removed the funds from my account, but never gave me the cash. I filed a dispute immediately. The teller waited a full business day to submit my dispute, putting the time frame allowed to check the ATM balance into Thanksgiving Day, instead of the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. As we all know, The following business day doesn't come again until the Monday after Thanksgiving. So the dispute process was delayed a full 4 days because of her failing to submit the dispute on the same day. Their response to their ATM error has been unconcerned, lazy, and slow. I'm sure that if $400 of their banks money was taken by a customer, whether it be by accident or on purpose, their response would be much different. Very disappointed. ~Jennifer
