This location was really good before the pandemic. Now, it's almost like they only care about giving Covid shots and put other prescription fillings on the back burner. I dropped a prescription off a month ago, the last I was told is that it was to be filled today, and it STILL is not filled. I told the person on the phone that at least it is not a life or death prescription, and she just giggled. I'm going in tomorrow and if it's not filled, I'm getting the prescription and taking it somewhere else. This isn't the first time since the pandemic started that I've had issues with this location. Another time, when I had Covid and couldn't go in to pick another prescription up, they mailed it to the wrong address, and that one WAS an important medication, especially while I had Covid. ~Kristin

Went here for safety and emissions, passed fine, that’s not the issue. They removed my front passenger side wheel for the inspection and scratched the powder coating and left deep marks in the metal of the wheel around every lug hole. How do you even do that?! ~Daniel

Josh went above and beyond for me!! On a day when everything that could cause a hiccup in renting a truck happened and I mean everything! From system verifications, scrambling for my own proof of address, employment, etc., and then card auth issues from my financial institution—the universe was trying to keep me from getting a damn truck! Anyway, Josh was super patient and understanding and accommodating he even stayed a few minutes after closing to get me rolling!! So thankful for him and will not use another location by or my future endeavors!! ~Whitney
