Meineke Car Care Center

Supposed to get full oil change with tire rotation but they didn’t do the tire rotation. So had to drive back to shop & wait another 45 min for that. Then they forgot to give us the extra set of keys they had & we had to drive there again back & forth to get them. Then they said they don’t honor the coupon we got in mail with their address on it but didn’t tell us until we returned. This place needs someone who knows what they are doing! Will not go back with their inadequate service! ~Mary
