Their staff does not agree on pretty much anything there's only like 3-4 good staff, serve expired food or leftovers for days in end. Expect residents to follow every rule to a tee while staff ignore most rules. And when told something by most staff don't expect them to follow through as it'll be different the next time you talk about it. They write up and fire the staff that actually treats you like a person..... ~H
