Best bank in Kirkwood, Missouri (MO) 2024

I’ll start by saying I’ve visited this location periodically over the past 3/4 years. So this is not based on a one time visit. I avoid this location at all costs! The drive through takes annoyingly way too long- Every. Single. Time. That is even if there is no line. I can never make a quick trip to this branch. I will add that the service is friendly but has no sense of urgency for a drive-thru service. ~Fayemae

The temporary access is easily approachable and the tube closest to the building is speedy and the speaker is loud enough for me to hear what is being said. ~Cezanne

Lindell Bank purchased my original bank, Rockwood Bank. The transition has not been easy. We aren't happy with customer service. Lindell does have more locations and that's the only real positive I have found. ~Elisa
