I almost never leave bad reviews because I believe thereās always a reason someone should be given grace for bad days/mistakes. However, Iāve been going to this Walgreens for 7-8 months and have not ONCE had a good experience. Not only are the lines incredibly long and slow (youāll be waiting 45 minutes minimum), but the staff is rude and never helpful. Most recently, I had a staff member try to charge me hundreds of dollars for a prescription and when I asked if it had gone through insurance, they insisted that it had. I pressed it because it usually only costs me $11, and after some back and forth, they realized it hadnāt. I had to press them to even run it through insurance. Then the next time, the woman helping me kept telling me I had no prescription available. I showed her the Walgreens email that said otherwise. Then told me it was out of refills and to contact my doctor. I, again, showed her the Walgreens email that said otherwise. She was huffy and rude and only said she could transfer it here after I asked multiple times. She didnāt suggest it as an option or offer to help. The whole experience was nearly an HOUR and there was a line behind me not being helped. I understand short staffing, truly. But this has gotten to a level of incompetence and rudeness thatās definitely not on par with what youād expect from a pharmacy. Definitely the last time Iāll be using this one. ~Hannah
