Dollar General

We will stop going here after the last 3 times we shopped there. I will drive to Ozark instead! The elderly tall woman always seems to be in your face when you use the self checkout. Like everyone who is in front of us she does the same thing like we are all trying to steal items. She is very rude, apparently overworked as well. Due to her our family will not be back. Customer service SHE does not have!! ~Bonnie

Walmart Supercenter

Went to this location to check sales out in Nixa found a good buy on a chain saw, 1/2 off šŸ˜ but surprised to see prices on some merchandise higher than in Springfield and what I had bought for 3$ was higher and not even on sale but you find this at Wal-Marts 2 miles from each other and they won't match there own prices even with recite rung up 10 minutes prior, now what's up with that šŸ¤” and here's a tip guy's take a picture of the sale tag on the shelf before checking out you'll need it but sometimes that's not enough for them I know had it happen at another Walmart post on that one coming soon. ~Zhontay

Walgreens

I almost never leave bad reviews because I believe thereā€™s always a reason someone should be given grace for bad days/mistakes. However, Iā€™ve been going to this Walgreens for 7-8 months and have not ONCE had a good experience. Not only are the lines incredibly long and slow (youā€™ll be waiting 45 minutes minimum), but the staff is rude and never helpful. Most recently, I had a staff member try to charge me hundreds of dollars for a prescription and when I asked if it had gone through insurance, they insisted that it had. I pressed it because it usually only costs me $11, and after some back and forth, they realized it hadnā€™t. I had to press them to even run it through insurance. Then the next time, the woman helping me kept telling me I had no prescription available. I showed her the Walgreens email that said otherwise. Then told me it was out of refills and to contact my doctor. I, again, showed her the Walgreens email that said otherwise. She was huffy and rude and only said she could transfer it here after I asked multiple times. She didnā€™t suggest it as an option or offer to help. The whole experience was nearly an HOUR and there was a line behind me not being helped. I understand short staffing, truly. But this has gotten to a level of incompetence and rudeness thatā€™s definitely not on par with what youā€™d expect from a pharmacy. Definitely the last time Iā€™ll be using this one. ~Hannah
