Went to this location to check sales out in Nixa found a good buy on a chain saw, 1/2 off 😁 but surprised to see prices on some merchandise higher than in Springfield and what I had bought for 3$ was higher and not even on sale but you find this at Wal-Marts 2 miles from each other and they won't match there own prices even with recite rung up 10 minutes prior, now what's up with that 🤔 and here's a tip guy's take a picture of the sale tag on the shelf before checking out you'll need it but sometimes that's not enough for them I know had it happen at another Walmart post on that one coming soon.

Not impressed by really anyone I've encountered at the store but my review is specifically for the pickup people. Granted most of them are high school kids but they are so rough with our food, today I literally saw the kid throwing bags and boxes into my back seat from outside of the car. It's a small miracle nothing broke. You also have to wait about 10 or 15 minutes each time too.

I would give zero stars if I could. The shorter, skinny, black haired lady at the service desk today was extremely rude. Apparently, I interrupted her social hour with her co workers. She should not have a job in customer service at all. She had her name tag backwards, so of course I couldn't get that. (Probably intentional.) I will be going to Republic for future trips.

Very disappointed in my local Walmart store. Nixa, MO. I asked for help out and the cashier requested it. A CSM came to her register and said they didn't have anyone. I saw managers all over the store. At least 5 of them. Why couldn't one of them help me? I am on oxygen and cannot lift. But, i had to today. Not happy!

My experience was pretty average for the most part store seemed fairly clean bathrooms were clean nobody really stuck out and was excellent customer service but nobody was rude either

Well, the Nixa Walmart is probably the worst Walmart I’ve ever had the displeasure of shopping at in my entire life and all my friends and family feel the exact same way. So, there’s many problems with this store but I’ll start with one of the most annoying — the selection/variety of food is THE WORST out of any grocery store I’ve ever been to. You walk in with a list of things you need and you leave without half your list every time. Another thing I really hate about this store is how small and crowded it is for the size of this town. Walmart is the main grocery store in nixa and we get a lot of people coming here from surrounding cities as well (which would be fine) but Walmart just refuses to add onto the size of the store. They call it a super Walmart but it’s so so tiny. Very sad excuse for a Walmart. They pay for hundred thousand dollar remodel every 5-10 years to try to give it the illusion of improvement but just won’t build on to it to actually improve it and make it better. Seriously, the aisles are so narrow that you’re literally always in someone’s way. Staff is unfriendly and rude but I can’t say I blame them. Not only do they work for Walmart, they’re in the worst possible location where you can literally feel the misery radiating from every person in there. I’ve lived in Nixa for most of my life and so I’ve been forced to endure this Walmart for many years and I can honestly say it has always been this bad. As soon as you find an item you like, they stop carrying it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve went there hungry and didn’t leave with a single thing. Very disappointing. Please fix this store or build a target in the empty space right behind it so we have another option

I don’t recommend doing the Walmart pick up unless you want to wait 30+ mins for your order and end up with either expired food or open food. We could have done our own shopping in the time it took waiting on them to bring it out and with food being expired, nearly expired or damaged, it’s honestly not worth it.

Great place to try. I had the spice beef noodle soup. Broth was very flavorful, plenty of meat. I like the veg dish on the side. Included fresh Thai basil, really kicked it up a notch.

**update rude service desk manager Returned EGGS on Thursday around 11am that were bought 4/5 and called them that afternoon about the CASE of eggs, it was so bad it was saturating the box and running out of the box when we took it out of the SUV. They had just filled the shelf it was full not one box missing from the shelf. So two days later go in to get refund and the lady is rude. Said next time we need to bring them in. Ummm no, I'm not keeping a box of runny eggs in my refrigerator to prove to you that they are destroyed.... LOOK AT MY PICTURES AND THE DATE, PLUS I DON'T LIVE IN NIXA, NOT ABOUT TO MAKE A SPECIAL TRIP THERE AT$5 A GALLON FOR GAS EITHER! This is also THE SECOND TIME AT THIS STORE I'VE HAD PROBLEMS WITH YOUR CASE OF EGGS JUST NOT NEAR THIS BAD. . There was so much egg all over all the eggs in box, several busted open and several cracked. Picture with bag was the top layer, other picture the bottom layer. These boxes are taped at the store, so there is no way to check them out we would have. From now on I will open the taped box and shop at a different location. Have additional pictures on another phone I can't add right now. Love curbside pick up option, however I'm sure there are some seniors that would benefit from by phone ordering or some other easy way since they all aren't techy generation. They might need a different kind of assistant?!
