I came in to get some help with my finances and was helped by Vanessa Ortiz, she was great to work with, and extremely helpful with getting everything addressed that I needed. I also was able to call her later that day and realized I needed some bank statements from accounts I needed her help with, and she took the time to get them printed out and even emailed them to me.
