Just want to say these people are amazing! We have done 3 Amazon returns there! They helped bring in the 3D printer not only did they hold the door open, a gentleman came out and helped get one side of the box for him! The time before that I was returning something and I was there a few minutes before they opened, they opened early for me! Super friendly and helpful! I am so glad they came to Republic!! ~Amber

This place has absolutely no security. Our unit was broken into and most everything we owned was taken. They have "security lights" that will turn on...and that's it...but with as much of our things that were taken they robbers had to of been there for an hour or longer, probably with a large truck/trailer. We think it happened during the daytime....so the robbers were there for quite some time at their ease, stealing all of our things and the management claim they noticed nothing. They couldn't even tell us what day our unit was broken into....they just noticed there was no lock on it and said they thought we were moving out. While making the police report we searched for our lock...thinking maybe the robbers left it behind. We never found our lock. We did however find a different lock that looked like it had been torched, that probably once belonged to another person who was robbed there. I wish we had read the reviews before we put our things there. I wish we would have picked another storage place that actually had security. If you are considering renting a unit from this place please reconsider. I wouldn't wish this heartache on anyone. Update: We've been keeping in touch with the police in our investigation. Unfortunately there has been no update in finding our many missing items. However, the Detective working our case told me today that recently another storage unit at this place was broken into and another person has fallen victim to a break in at these storage units! It seems this place is a crime hotspot! An easy target and the criminals know it! Renter beware! ~Kellye

Gas prices are always less than other places! However two of the pumps have been broken for ever. . . Makes trying to stick to a budget hard when the nozzle gets stuck and you can't stop the gas from coming out 😂 normally there are friendly faces. Never really had any issues other than one man that just stares at anyone and everyone from inside the building. Makes us super uncomfortable. . It's every time and he's sneaky about it. Almost like something from a horror film. I'm sure he's just making sure that people aren't being silly or stealing, but when we're at the pumps paying with a card and you see a head pop up at random times in different areas of the store, and I mean head pipping up with eyes piercing you, it's a bit much. Please whoever you are, be cautious in a different manner, you've freaked us out on so many different days! ~Destiney
