Everyone there was extremely polite and understanding, to each of their customers. My data transfer took about 30 minutes and in that time I watched 3 young professionals take care of their customers like they really mattered, in a quick and efficient manner. My experience there, was so much better than my last experience at different near-by location. They saved a 10 line customer from going to a different carrier. They should be training others. ~John
