Best gym in Washington, Missouri (MO) 2024

We love this gym! The crossfit classes are good for any fitness level, body type or age. Your participation level depends on your capabilities. I thought crossfit would be way too intense for me but it was exactly what I needed it to be. My health and fitness level improved and the coach was there with me every step of the way. The other members are friendly, encouraging and supportive. When I get busy and don't show up as often, I find at least one message in my inbox checking on me and encouraging me to continue my fitness journey. It helps so much. You couldn't ask for a better environment! ~T
