I've never seen a gas station harass someone more than a simple woman trying to buy a few shooters... she was 32 let alone how much they want to handle your ID in a pandemic when by law all you are required to do is show ID. They confuse policy with law and don't educate employees. It's honestly embarrassing ~Matt

Pulling all my accounts...I've been with them since around 1994, doesn't mean a thing to them, customer loyalty used to mean something. Not anymore. Tried to deposit a bank issued money order into my account....was told there would be a 14-21 day hold on it. That's ridiculous. Teller said because it might be fraudulent, I told him to call the issuing bank to verify it and he told me that it wasn't his job! Seriously!! There's been several issues over the past few months but this was the last straw. ~Harlee
