Best transmission shop in Bellevue, Nebraska (NE) 2024

I call multiple times thinking and rethinking if I’m going to get my transmission done. The manager Matt, was consistently friendly with me every time I spoke to him and answered all my questions. He was able to work out a payment plan with me and was able to complete the transmission work fairly quickly. Because of the friendly service I definitely will be doing more business with this place. 1 - Nice people and friendly 2 - No longer open on weekends for service which means you the customer have to take off of work to get your car worked on. 3 - Didn't rotate my tires like I requested and didn't check the air in them either. One tire had 5 pounds more than the others when I came in and also when I left. 4 - Must not hand out free car washes anymore, at least I didn't get one anyway. 5 - Asked to have my air filter checked but forgot about it until I got home and then realized they didn't go over the post service checklist with me and didn't say anything about the filter which is why I forgot. I will probably go back anyway but their service and attention to detail isn't what it use to be. ~T
