Bank of the West I have now renamed Bank of the Worst. Their business hours are impossible and it takes more than 10 minutes to do ONE BASIC transaction at the drive-thru. I quit going inside a long time ago as I was disrespected on three different occasions by the young arrogant clerks. When I brought this up to the manager he just acted like his hands were tied DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE. ~L

My review went from a 5 to about 1-2 stars. I DO NOT like how the ATM at this location keeps your card during the whole transaction. It makes it easier to forget your card, or should something go wrong, you simply wouldn't get it back. Which is not cool because it still could be used elsewhere. ~Casslin
