Best movie rental kiosk in Neligh, Nebraska (NE) 2024

Will not use the box again! I rented a movie for 1 night @ $1.75. I was a 1 hour late in returning it and was charged an additional $3.75. A couple of nights before I rented 2 movies for a 3 night rental @ $3.75 each. I was a day late in return and charged an additional $13.91. I(was in the middle of moving) I contacted customer support and told basically I'm screwed. When I told them I won't use the box anymore she offered me a refund of $13.91. I accepted, and then she states "ok ma'am, I have refunded you a nights rental at $3.75... WHAT???? Yes, my bad for being late, bit OMG, what a rip off!!!! I could have bought all 3 movies for what I paid in rentals! $13.91x2 + $3.75x2 + $7.50 + $1.75.... = Damn near $45.00... 🤬🤬🤬 ~Cody
