We live 30 minutes drive from the base and they want us to wait 2 hours in order to get my son his antibiotic prescription filled!? Its a paper prescription from urgent care due to the clinic not being able to get him in anytime soon..That would mean either driving home 30 minutes to wait a hour, then driving 30 minutes again to pick it up just to drive back home again another 30 minutes. The second option is waiting for 2 hours with my son who is special needs with autism and adhd so sitting and waiting 2 hours is not a good option..off to walgreens to pay for it and instead waiting only 15 minutes..also should mention good luck with having any prescription called in or sent by fax/online from a civilian provider as I've had 3 or more times where they say they didn't get it only for the civilian provider to say otherwise..and if you have a paper prescription then I advise you to take a picture of it before you give it to them as they have LOST ours 3 separate times!!! Completely unacceptable especially considering it was a adhd medication which is supposed to be highly regulated! ~Heather

They close at five but don’t go after three. They are too busy putting things away so they can go home and the food has been sitting there quite awhile. They only offered two different sides or cold greasy french fries with your meal. They didn’t have all the different pieces of chicken if you wanted spicy. They didn’t want to make more chicken because it takes fifteen minutes. Very disappointing. ~Julie

My husband and I will only bring our vehicles to Firestone on Offutt. They are honest, thorough, and professional. I brought my CRV in yesterday for an oil change and the woman servicing my car noticed something strange done by the last shop (not Firestone) that worked on it. Before doing anything, she called us, let us look at it ourselves, and helped us come up with a "worst case scenario" solution, even having replacement parts on stand-by and giving us an accurate estimate of cost. As it turns out, nothing needed to be replaced but I so appreciated the extra effort and transparency. And they still finished the whole oil change and inspection within the estimated time frame! ~Rachel

Awesome experience! I didn’t put my complete address on the package and they kept my package safe for a few more days to wait on a response from me. Once I told them what was up, I gave them my full address and they said either I can pick it up later today or get it delivered tomorrow and obviously since I’m a busy person I asked them to deliver it tomorrow which is awesome cuz the package arrived earlier than expected!
