Literally bad. Three people working in slow motion. I could have raised and killed a chicken and then fried it myself before they got me my order. Most of which was already under the hot lamps..

They close at five but don’t go after three. They are too busy putting things away so they can go home and the food has been sitting there quite awhile. They only offered two different sides or cold greasy french fries with your meal. They didn’t have all the different pieces of chicken if you wanted spicy. They didn’t want to make more chicken because it takes fifteen minutes. Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Interaction with worker was rude from the start. Didn’t even complete order went somewhere else.

Terrible. I'm here an hour before close and out looks like all the food was made for the lunch rush. Ordered a chicken sandwich already and I was right. Cold and has been just sitting there for the last several hours. Only one person was working so they couldn't cook something fresh if they wanted to. The only place open in the food court at 5:00 so I guess they figure there is no reason to even care about quality.

Food is always a win in my book. It is the experience at the specific branch that gets the rating. I asked for honey mustard sauce and the rude woman asked, "what for?" When I said it was for my fries she demanded 25¢ per sauce. I just rolled my eyes and walked away. Some people just loose their minds with a little authority.

The food was amazing, the dining room is huge due to this being in a small food court but it was very clean nonetheless. Most of the staff was friendly but a woman there was a little rude.

As of August 2020, they appear to be doing much better about getting people served even with the cove at crisis so good job! Not sure what's up, but the time it takes to get your order placed is close to 1/2 an hour; it's a mess. A few months ago, ten people could be in line and Rhonda got folks through - no problem. Too bad for folks on active duty, to have to wait 20 to 30 mins to place an order is terrible.

I really like the tenders with their gravy to dip them in. I don't like their dipping sauces. I think I should be able to get the same amount of gravy free. What they charge for the little bit they give, is ridiculous. Their biscuits are good too. Not as good as they used to be, years ago, but still good!

No sandwiches, rude staff, tried to upcharge me to something I didn't want then referred me elsewhere in the food court so I got some dirty rice and taco Bell with attitude on the side.
