I've been with this AAA Agent for about 12 years and with AAA for about 47 years, so you could say I have a long term commitment to AAA and this Agent. What I have noticed is while everything is going smoothly they are very responsive. But, when their is a problem they become non-responsive to THEIR CUSTOMERS TO THE POINT I'm about to cancel the insurance on my four (yes, that is correct- FOUR vehicles). I have been waiting for Rob to call me, and despite multiple calls to April I have only received one call back, which I missed. This totally unacceptable behavior from a businessman! I would suggest to other customers, to price compare other Agencies and Ins Companies before they sign up. Also, "Trust But Validate" performance and customer feedback before you sign up for ANY service!

I called here every day for a week trying to contact my agent for help. I left messages every day with my name and number to contact me. I finally got ahold of April Wilson on Friday. She provided no help to me and told me that my policy must be payed in full after my debit card expired and my auto pay stopped working, and I was waiting for a new card due to covid. I made a over the phone payment before this and was told my policy wouldn't be affected and it was good until the next payment. Then April wilson began to send me to voice-mail after I tried to call her back to figure it out. I ended up having to call corporate to solve my simple issue that I couldn't stop if I wanted. I am very unsatisfied and recommend going through a diffrent AAA agent.

Great experience, however they did try upsell me for what I wanted. Also they misstated the total cost, I said yes under the assumption I owed $33. And later realized I was paying $53. Apart from that. It was all good.

I was with AAA for years. They raised my rates up every year. This year it took a real hike. I forgot to mention I never made a claim or had an accident. I paid them almost 20k for 8 years. They had the never to raise my rates $600.00. I called the headquarters to cancel my policy and she told me I had accident forgiveness etc. I explained what the agent had done and she said " I hate when the do that" and that I should have called her but we don't know that. I wished I had left sooner now. My agent told me it would be cheaper to write me a 6 month policy but if I had an accident my insurance would go up the next day. so been with them for years and never made a claim but my insurance would go up and no insurance company would write a 1 year policy. No problem at all every company I went to was $1K less a year. Shop it and I forgot to mention I had 1 ticket 5 years ago. I switched lanes with a signal in a turn right only lane. I did not realize it as I had never been there. The police were sitting and waiting in Allen park. I had to fight that ticked to get the points off as AAA was going to raise my rates and I had not had a ticket since I was 16 yrs old. Someone one out there has to do something.

I cancelled my auto insurance to go to Progressive Auto after having Auto for many, many years. Couldn't afford them anymore. I got same insurance from Progressive for $400 cheaper. Thank you Progressive.

I’m 60 years old and this was the worst service experience of my life. I called to question my rates. Found out my rates went up because my daughter was in an accident. My daughter is 30 years old and as a result of the accident will loose her nursing career. Holly the girl answering the phone stated my rates went up due to them paying $100,000 out in medical bills. How insensitive can someone be over a client being in a bad accident. Also that should have nothing to do with my rates. Do not do business with these uncaring price gougers.
