Best insurance agency in Westland, Michigan (MI) 2024

I've been with this AAA Agent for about 12 years and with AAA for about 47 years, so you could say I have a long term commitment to AAA and this Agent. What I have noticed is while everything is going smoothly they are very responsive. But, when their is a problem they become non-responsive to THEIR CUSTOMERS TO THE POINT I'm about to cancel the insurance on my four (yes, that is correct- FOUR vehicles). I have been waiting for Rob to call me, and despite multiple calls to April I have only received one call back, which I missed. This totally unacceptable behavior from a businessman! I would suggest to other customers, to price compare other Agencies and Ins Companies before they sign up. Also, "Trust But Validate" performance and customer feedback before you sign up for ANY service! ~george
