Like the windows, airy feel of the layout. Best mushroom burger I've had yet at a Runza and I eat Runza restaurants often. Large easy to park lot.

I wonder what happened to the veggie runza. I was a little disappointed coming from Louisiana and finding that the veggie runza was no longer on the menu. Mom and dad ordered cones and Kalli had a pup cup. So all these stars are for the "Pup Cup"

Runza helped our bus tour of 40 ladies have lunch!! We were on a tight schedule, and I had called to arrange 40 meals for pickup. Robby personally coordinated this with me and their whole team did an excellent job handling the group! We were in and out so quickly and each meal was packed in its own bag - perfect for eating on the bus. Delicious sandwich! 10/10!!

Love the space in the new building, bathroom has an unusually small sink, food is good, quick, customer service is better, & they have awesome high chairs for tiny customers! 😀

Went through for an ice cream cone and they saw that I had my black lab Bailey with me and before she handed my ice cream cone to me Bailey got a little dish of vanilla ice cream of her own. Now when I go to Runza she gets up and looks at me when I get the food like wheres my ice cream. Thanks so much for that little gift for her it means a lot to both or us.

We order 5 combos #2 and 5 sandwiches #3 at the window, They confirm our order. They gave us the package and we went home, then we see the package include the 5 combos and only 3 sandwiches, and we call back and they told us that they had the 2 sandwiches. When we were there, they told us that we only pay for the food that we already had, we look on the receipt and that was true, but at the end we felt disappointed for all the confusion. And we didn't buy the other 2 sandwiches.

After a long day, my dear friend’s and I decided to treat ourselves to Runza as a reward. With the new building being right there tempting us , we walked in. The service was stellar and the workers were extremely patient. We finally got our food and the fries ascended me to the good place. The ranch was perfect execution and salty, i thought I was at my dads cookout Bc of the flavor. I highly recommend! 10/10
