Standard Burger King fare. Fries were nice and hot. Adequate service and restrooms. Used a coupon. I will likely stop again. Next time I will not choose cheese for the whopper. $1 is way overpriced for a bit of processed oil with artificial color.

(As of June 28, 2022) The Blair Burger King claims on google that they are open till 12 which is false information. Taco Bell is still the only fast food place open till 12 on most days of the year. Also the service is ok, usually I get this really nice dude, but the other day it was this really rude overweight lady. This is why you work a minimum wage job at Burger King. Anyways, food is decent enough. Fix your hours on google.

2nd car in line at drive through of 3 cars. Pulled up to speaker at 6:56, order taken at 6:59, bag given to me at 7:08. Pulled forward and it was missing the hash browns. (I had ordered two melts and HB). Pulled out front to walk in and doors locked. Lobby hours state 6:00 a.m. opening. Drove back in to the drive through with TWO more cars ahead of me. Waited 5 minutes, NO MOVEMENT. Left the line angered. I am tired of the problems at this BK. It is constant. The drive through is full of weeds. The employees are ambivalent.

Very good service at 10 a.m. in the morning. Older facility, but clean. Nice staff and decent food.

We ordered our food at 12:48. And 20 minutes later still NO food!!! This has to be the WORST Service of a fast food place in history!!! One employee stood around doing absolutely nothing!!! Then they can’t even get the order correct… was over 35 minutes finally get out food

This is the worst Burger King ever!!!! Those staff did not give us the same order we got. They are the most incompetent staffs there ever!! Our experience has been terrible with them. We are NEVER going there again. Screw that them!!! They can stick it up their butts!!!

Order 4 waters one soda, 6 burgers and 3 8 piece nuggets. At the window we had to ask for 3 of the 4 waters as they were not going to give us all of the drinks. The person got an attitude slamming the waters down. We go on our way and my fault for not checking our bags but none of the nuggets were given to us. I called to tell them and the person who answered “oh my god hold on” gets back on says I have to come back to the store for anything to be done. Ridiculous.

Ordered at 11:34am. Stated on bk app it would be delivered at 12:12pm. Checked through text updates on status, Found out then bk was using door dash, and it said order was then going to be delivered at 12:42pm.. almost an hour later. At 1pm I left my work, as I had ordered it for child and mother at home... and drove to the bk, had to go through the drive through, where I was told it wasn't their problem that I ordered at that point and hour and a 1/2 ago. And that the courier had just left with it. It was now 1:12pm. My food was to be over and hour later then the bk app stated, and was delivered with burgers Barely warm and fries not fresh, but slightly cold and saggy... spent 24$ for cold food, and saggy fries. If I had known bk wad going to use door dash or third party I'd not have ordered it for delivery. Then told it was my problem and bk has nothing to do with how long it took.. which is not true, BK uses and employs door dash to deliver their food, so it is bks then is responsible as the parent company. When I asked then had my food sat for over an hour I was told no, I asked when it was fired was told she had no idea. .. but it was cold and fries saggy... I asked for supervisor and gm name of that store, was informed gm was not in.. asked for it anyway.. Gab Shirley of the Blair ne branch. .. I will never order from here again, that not only was my order 1 hour 1/2 late from order but food an hour late from time that the BK APP STATED. And then told its my issue. And bk will assume no responsibility.. this is how bk treats and takes care of its customers?

If you can manage to get past the fact someone died within this establishment and almost nothing changed to prohibit that in the future. It is a place to eat at. Don't eat here if you like quality though since half the time you will get food poisoning. The food isn't even cooked half the time which is a real disappointment. This establishment needs a major rework and I think then they would be able to compete with the likes of McDonald's and Runza. Overall do not go here if you really want something to eat just go across the street to McDonald's. I must say though that the staff is extremely nice even though the establishment itself is outdated and is overall not the best.
