I could not be more happy with MVER, no matter how my situation ended. I brought my boxer, Gunner, in on 12/28 because he had randomly started having seizures that day and they were happening every 30 minutes - an hour. The receptionist (or tech) who answered the phone was so nice and so calm even though I was already a mess, once we arrived they got him into the facility quickly, and it took maybe 15 minutes to hear from the vet the first time. Once more information was found I heard from the vet immediately, sadly this news was that my boy needed to be euthanized, but she was so caring with her information. Once I arrived back, the tech came and opened the door for me, she was so so very kind, she walked me through everything and reassured me many times that I was able to take as much time as I needed with each step of the process before/during/after. Once I was ready the vet came in to administer the dose and once again, was so caring and walked me through everything slowly and with kindness and once he was gone she made it clear that I was welcome to stay with him as long as I’d like. All of that to say, on the worst night of my life so far, everyone made it was easy and seamless as possible. ~Casey
