I went in to get my Destiny game posters laminated. However, something went wrong during the process and it didn’t turn out completely well. However, the error was very minuscule in my opinion. Still, they went out of their way to give me a refund along with copying and printing out a new copy for each poster and laminating those free of charge. These folks are so friendly and so apologetic. I should not have accepted the refund. ~Kevin

We came in on a Saturday before Halloween with a big order and little time. Nicole and Serenah proved to be a monumental force of customer service and technical "know-how". Their friendly attitude and patience far exceeded our expectations and brought a stroke of color to our day (no pun intended).
