Best sandwich shop in Windham, New Hampshire (NH) 2024

What great service! We were greeted by 2 of the friendliest girls behind the counter, it was so welcoming. We ordered chicken Caesar salad and buffalo chicken salad. Both delicious! Chicken was perfect and great quality. We even observed ( what must be repeat customers ) walking in the door and the girls behind the counter grabbed their food as soon as they saw them. So efficient and friendly! Highly recommend! ~Kristy

An absolute delight of a place to stop in for homemade food to go or dine in after a walk on the nearby Windham Derry Rail Trail. Seasonal favorites. Breakfast and Lunch or grab a quart of the excellent daily selections of soup, Chowder or Chili for dinner at home. Fresh baked goods, warm tea and a selection of coffee awaits. The Country Store is a wonderful place to look for gifts or treats for yourself. The dining area is lovely with plenty of character and trinkets from New England's past. Sit in bring a friend, loved one and be ready to meet new friends in this little corner spot run like you are family not a customer. ~Chuck
