Best taco restaurant in Belmar, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

My first time at Surf Taco. To start, Anna, the cashier was so sweet and willing to assist me in making a choice. I ordered a 2 taco combo which included rice, beans, tortilla chips and a fountain drink $11.55. Each taco can be a different choice. I chose 1 tempura fried shrimp taco and 1 beef taco. Both DELICIOUS!!!! The shrimp were huge, tasty, not greasy and topped with shredded cabbage and white cilantro sauce. Anna asked me if I would like the beef taco shell crispy. Of course I said yes. It was obvious that the shell was fried fresh right before serving and loaded with tasty , quality ground beef and piled high with 2 mixes of shredded cheeses. The plate was piled with white rice and black beans. A whole lot of food, enough for 2 people to share. Anna, you will be seeing more of me. Thanks for being so nice!!! ~Liza
