The woman with glasses working at the counter in the morning is so unfriendly. She is very unkind and speaks in an angry tone. It's your fault to leave the newly hired employee alone at the counter. It's not my fault, nor anyone's fault. It's wrong to leave new hires unattended. If you're going to work in a store, you'll have to change your tone and behavior. ~Young

Wow! Just wow! The sales team member that assisted me in purchasing my new car was amazing. Jose is truly exceptional, patient and helpful throughout the entire car purchasing process. He is very thorough with every detail and makes you feel so comfortable making this process seamlessly easy. He was very accommodating, specially with my busy work schedule, to ensure I received the best service. Nicole was great. She helped my husband and I with a last minute storage unit after we have previously had a reservation with another company. When we arrived at the other company's unit it smelled and wasn't what they promised. So I drove directly to Extra Space. Nicole was so accommodating, kind and even let me change the size once I got home and decided the size I originally wanted was going to be too small. She gave me packing tips and storage tips. Now we did just move in so I can't comment on the experience as a whole yet. But man, Nicole makes this place extraordinary. ~Stephanie

I know nothing about becoming a hockey dad! I called Pure Hockey, the day before we visited the store and asked for the approximate cost to outfit a 6 year old with gear . The answer was $400. When the cashier gave me the total, he said it was $395. Wow, just wow, their quote was spot on! The service was phenomenal and they have everything, hockey! I am now a loyal fan of Pure Hockey! ~Paul
