Best bank in Florham Park, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

My husband went to this Bank of America to withdraw 5,000 dollars out of his account. He was racially profiled and was asked for two different ID’s because they said his signature was different. They called his job without his permission to be more specific Charine Sherry which is a relationship banker conducted the call. Also Asita Ray which is the manager agreed to calling his job to verify his identity. He was so upset that he wanted to withdraw all his money out to go to another bank and they said they could only give him a check because they didn’t have that much money in the bank. This was a terrible experience racism come in different shapes and forms. They could politely profiled let this review be a perfect example. I personally would never enter this bank again. ~A.

This branch, in particular, is over the top awesome! As a small business owner, there are many things I rely on my bank for and this branch has been my go-to for a few years. They know me, they know my family, and they know my business needs and always are on board in to assist. Earlier this year, when my account was hacked, they noticed something unusual, contacted me, and followed procedures perfectly to prevent the hackers from wiring a substantial amount of money out of my account. That, combined with their always friendly and never pretentious attitude, and overall professionalism get my 5 star rating all around. ~JaNiece
