Best fitness center in Garwood, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I found Active Life Fitness almost two years ago. It has been life changing to say the least. I was never much of an exercise enthusiast but found as I was aging I needed to do something to maintain my health and well being. Since starting on my journey I’ve improved my balance, stamina, energy and strength. Marty the owner is extremely patient and knowledgeable and his goal is to help people like me , averse to exercise, to overcome that resistance work to improve their health and he does just that. He is positive and encouraging while pushing you to do a little bit more. The staff who work for him are just as enthusiastic about the work they are doing helping people like me improve their health as well as perfect their technique and advance their skill. Together they are building a community of healthy happy adults that I’m happy to be part of. ~Frances
