Best physiotherapy center in Gillette, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I started coming to Individual PT five months ago after giving birth to my daughter. I was in a lot of pain in my neck and back. Jay helped me feel good quickly, and then gain strength and mobility to carry around my 20 lb daughter all day long. As a former dancer and runner I’ve worked with many physical therapists, and Jay is one of the very best. He is patient, a great diagnostician, and has great hands-on skills. The other practitioners and Rhonda, the Office Manager, are all super nice and the vibe in the office is warm and welcoming. This is a real family business and you can feel it. I’ve really enjoyed coming to Individual PT and recommend them very highly! ~Tali
