Best fast food restaurant in Montague, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Wish I could give it one star. HORRIBLE. Rude people (you have to add your own sugar?????) donuts were day old I believe. If not they were not stored properly or something. Stale, tasted horrible and dry. Will never return here. I will wait on line at the one in Port Jervis less than a mile away! BTW The Subway that is also in here sucks too. ~John

Just wonderful. My first experience with this location, I had ordered a sandwich on the app, but got a message saying my order had been cancelled, but I noticed they charged me anyway. I went to the restaurant to inquire, and the employee Tina said they'd never gotten an online order even after I showed her my confirmation and payment. She suggested I contact corporate for a refund because this had "literally never happened before", so I left, no big whoop. A couple hours later, Tina called me back and said they got the cancelled order and she made me the sandwich, and I could come pick it up if I wanted lol. I lived close enough, so I did. She felt soo bad for the back and forth even though it wasn't even her fault, and she was SO SWEET! She even gave me a couple free treats! Went again today, she chatted me up so lovely, and my sandwich was AMAZING. Its just so nice to see the kindness in people even if they aren't having the best day. What a kind hearted woman!
