The staff here is extremely friendly and personable, if you need any advice on what to get, just ask! The ice cream, holy cow, it’s unique and absolutely delicious. For those that don’t know, this is thai rolled ice cream where they prepare the base and pour it out on to a frozen surface where it’s mixed and then formed into rolls. My wife and I stopped here after dinner for some delicious dessert! I can’t recommend the Vietnamese Coffee flavor with the condensed milk layered within the rolls, it had my mouth watering being made and I ate it quickly!!! Totally worth a stop if you’re looking for something different as well as delicious! They’re open for both takeout and dine in. ~Steve

This is a great breakfast spot that I visited on a weekly basis. Overall, the bagels are good, the store is clean, it’s in a nice location, and the pricing is reasonable. There are three things that I think can be improved, especially during peak times: 1) Line management (people often randomly stand around the store making it difficult to tell whose ordered and who hasn’t—it’s especially hectic when it’s crowded) 2) Customer service (sometimes the employees are a bit curt and seem like they’re ignoring you) 3) Consistent bagel quality (sometimes the bagels are dried out and hard, even first thing in the morning) Overall, it’s a really good local place but certainly not my very bagel joint in the area. ~Jasmine

Older guy that works their does not take too kindly to minority customers. Was practically stared out of the store. Nothing is worth taking that kind of abuse. ~Jess

Horrible customer service. They are far friendlier at the Chase across the street and at the Oritani next door.to.the Chase. Would not recommend! ~Steve
