Best bank in North Plainfield, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

Not a helpful bank at all. This isn’t even my bank but a family members. We have spent hours of our lives at this bank, they are not interested in helping and always state they are too busy. They even send you to other banks which overall are much better locations. If you can avoid going to this location. Save yourself some grief and headache with their lack of customer service and absurd wait times. A bank should never treat their customers how they do here. I have seen multiple people leave here screaming in rage from their lack of being helped so I know that it isn’t just us. ~Rayleene

This bank was my first Bank account and is nice to see it still standing. Staff show they care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. ~DAVID

We call it the "Lollipop Bank', having done our banking at this friendly local banking for almost 40 years. We had a safe deposit box for many years and they notarize the few items we need motorized. Parking is always available and the ATM convenient. We have used the online app for years too. ~Maureen
