Terrible, terrible, terrible service, I wasted time and money coming to this Western Union office. The woman who works there is totally rude and inefficient. I went three times to try to receive my money and I could not do it. Every time I went there, she made different arguments. She never allowed me to communicate with the office manager. This businesses use to be a staple of Perth Amboy , it was a warm friendly business that looked out for the interest of their customer , now it’s nothing more than a con shop . Lies and disrespect is what you will find here. The ladies that work at the counter would rather be on their phone then paying attention to their transactions and you would think the receipt would confirm that everything was ok ? Wrong because they’ll just “cancel” it and never notify you. A great example of what a business turns to when it’s mismanaged. If I could give it 1/2 a star I would. este lugar se Volvio una basura.
