I am a commercial bank customer I needed something notarized and I called the bank and they told me to come in so I went. To the branch and saw the sr Relationship banker her name was cece. !! That works there she was very rude and arrogant to me as I went to. Show cece what I needed done from that minute. she didn’t want to notarize my stuff. then purposely she makes a mistake and then tries to turn it around on me and then refused to notarize it then I had to leave and go to my other bank m /t and get it notarized. With out any. drama I honestly don’t feel secure doing my banking at this bank with cece the. Branch manager mrs Duffy she is a very nice lady She Did call me to. apologize later on in the day which I greatly appreciate it And teri who usually helps me is a sweetheart she goes out of her way to make sure that her customers are happy But. I don’t have a good feeling about this.Lady. cece. I . Just don’t trust her doing my banking or . To have my back. !! After the way cece. handled my banking business that day. I hope they print this review out and put it in her personal file she basically told me she didn’t care if I close my account out. Who would want to conduct business with cece with a comment like that from her. She should not be allowed to talk to customers like that. She makes Santana bank look. bad. Repair cost are higher than most others and quality of repairs is poor. Rear brakes done at a cost of $360 (Have receipt) and they squeal constantly now. The last few times I have used him my vehicles have honestly come back in worse shape then when I left them. Complained to me about not having enough customers, he should take a good hard look at the work he is performing and the ridiculous prices he’s charging and he may come up with a solution to his problem! It doesn’t matter if I am miles away and have to drive out of my way- I REFUSE to go to any other Dunkin other than the Pine Beach location. The employees are always the sweetest with the best attitudes, and will without fail every time be as accommodating and patient with their customers. The products are consistent in quality and always reasonable in prices, despite the inevitable rise in inflation. If this Dunkin ever goes under, so will I! This location is superior and I would take a bullet for them any day. ~Lizzy

Don't buy lottery from this 711! I gave the attendant my lottery ticket to check, which I bought from them. He told me the ticket had been previously cashed which was impossible because I was holding it in my hand and had bought it there the day before. When I checked the numbers online it was in fact just not a winner. But this is the second time I've had a problem with a ticket from them. I don't trust them or their lottery machines. ~Stephanie
