It doesn’t matter if I am miles away and have to drive out of my way- I REFUSE to go to any other Dunkin other than the Pine Beach location. The employees are always the sweetest with the best attitudes, and will without fail every time be as accommodating and patient with their customers. The products are consistent in quality and always reasonable in prices, despite the inevitable rise in inflation. If this Dunkin ever goes under, so will I! This location is superior and I would take a bullet for them any day.

I was in the drive thru and the girl working the window had a bad attitude. I ordered 3 boxes of K-cups and she was handing them to me when I asked if she could put them in a bag, she gave me such a dirty look and acted as if I was asking for too much.

My hash Browns were still frozen in the center they didn’t leave them in long enough I called a few times in a row to try to tell them before I left this review no answer. Yesterday I got a coffee from here they charged me for the cold foam but I didn’t get the cold foam. I wouldn’t have even left this review if they had answered their phone. Fix your fryer or leave it in the right amount of time!

This Dunkin Donuts is a well oiled machine! It was super busy when I arrived, but I received my mobile order within minutes. My coffee was delicious and perfectly made! The sandwiches also came out perfectly. So impressed! Great job Dunkin staff!

The lines always out into rt. 9 lately, they are incredibly slow. Go through lane 2, the hot coffee express, if you’re just getting coffee that way you won’t have to wait for everyone’s frozen drink and sandwich orders that take forever

Let me tell you I can’t live without Dunkin but the drive through in this place is outrageous. Not that they are slow but you coming during a busy hour and you literally are blocking the street and at everyone’s mercy to let you in.
