First timer .. at first it looked like a total bagel / breakfast store , but looking at the menu, it looked more a korean lunch place :) bagel was good. took a long time though . Wish they had a couple more staff to make the process quick. Just one of them doing everything .. loved the coffee too. Priced good , but I still wish the service time is reduced , especially in busy morning times .. Lots of parking available. Thumbs up if not for the slow service .. 👍👍 ~Raj

I hadn't had a haircut since Nov '21, as I'm trying to grow out my layered pixie cut with undercut. I just came to make sure it's growing in evenly all over, and JENNY did a terrific job! I made it clear that I didn't want it shorter, but to cut ONLY what was absolutely necessary to make sure it was even throughout. She listened and followed my instructions to the letter. Very pleased. I would return if not for the fact that I'm trying to grow it out, thus don't need cuts for long periods. Service: Haircut ~Louise

If I could give minus 10 stars, that would be the rating I would write here. I’d a very negative experience with this salon. I booked in for depilation of several areas of the body. The level of customer service in this salon is simply nowhere lower: starting with dirty, stained towels with black long hair on them, which the attendants give to the client and, judging by the condition of the towels, they simply don’t wash them, which means that hygiene isn’t observed at all and ending with the depilation procedure itself: the depilation master tried all the time to finish her work without removing even half of the hair, All the time she asked: “OK?”. No, not OK, I’ve a lot of hair that you haven’t removed, although this is exactly what you need to do in a hair removal procedure. Also, I myself had to keep my hand in one place, then in another. In general, depilation was done by me and the depilation master. The work was in 4 hands, which is complete nonsense. And in the end, they counted the check, then they cheated me by $20. And in the end, when the salon employee counted the check, he said to pay $ 100 for the procedure. My boyfriend paid the required amount and gave everyone a $20 tip. My boyfriend wasn’t aware of the cost of procedures on the price list. When we got into the car, I told him that the cost of my procedure according to the price list of the salon was only $80. It turns out that my boyfriend left a $20 tip in this salon, and plus the salon employees cheated another $20 on top. Disgusting quality of service, non-compliance with basic hygiene measures and cheating customers for money. With this approach to work and clients, it's time for your salon to close. ~Love
