Very rude hair stylist named Rashida. She did not have the simple courtesy to say sorry for the delay; instead started complaining that we were working hard and not doing time pass here, when we just asked how long do we need to wait? When asked, she got angry immediately. Service: Haircut

I hadn't had a haircut since Nov '21, as I'm trying to grow out my layered pixie cut with undercut. I just came to make sure it's growing in evenly all over, and JENNY did a terrific job! I made it clear that I didn't want it shorter, but to cut ONLY what was absolutely necessary to make sure it was even throughout. She listened and followed my instructions to the letter. Very pleased. I would return if not for the fact that I'm trying to grow it out, thus don't need cuts for long periods. Service: Haircut

Rashida was excellent. I had dandruff, but she was willing to work with me and style my hair. Gave me great recommendations on what to do about it as well. Enjoyed talking to her as well and it was a pleasant experience overall. It was like having a therapist cut your hair and doing a great job. Love her and would recommend her to anyone. I get my hair cut by Cathie, she usually is at different locations but for the last couple times I’ve gotten my hair cut at this Plainsboro location, who ever is working at the time 4:00 pm 4/22/22 is absolutely rude, I called to ask about when Cathie will be in and she rudely said Monday and then goodbye. Every single time I talk to these people at this location they are so rude. I would not give them business

Usually there is no wait time if you first take an appointment online, so I'd highly recommend doing that here. Overall a straightforward experience if you need a quick haircut.

just called to schedule my haircut appointment.... the lady that answered(foreign voice) was absolutely so rude as if me calling was the worst thing in her life . won't be using plainsboro anymore now i have to travel 15 more minutes for my hair cuts , thanks a lot whoever you are

Firstly, some hair stylists here do not wear masks (this was the case even during peak pandemic). Secondly , their online reservation system is a joke, despite having appointments you are made to wait for upto an hour or more. I took my 4 year old with a prior appointment and had to wait for 1 hour. The salon advertises about junior haircuts for kids under 9 , so they should atleast have a separate hair stylist to cater to kids.Its ridiculous to make kids wait for hours.
