Called many time with no one picking up the phone. Showing up in person; no banker was available for the day. Teller suggested other banks close to this branch; I asked if I can ask his help make an appointment, since I failed to make appointment myself. The teller told me I am taking too much of his time and he has to be fair to other customers waiting. The truth was I took less than 1 minutes to explain the situation and there was no one behind until 30 seconds ago. This branch is poorly resourced; teller is not interested in helping. ~Yanhua
