The people are nice enough. Some of them anyway, but they never answer the phone. I’ve been on the phone for 22 minutes now. This has happened many many many times. But only now am i annoyed enough to leave a review. Plus, this place has a second line to put in your prescription. So if you took your lunch break to go pick up your meds, and they left out one and you tell them to fill the one they missed, they tell you to go wait in another line to get it filled. Then come back in the line you were just in to get it. It’s absolutely insane! I wanna say there aren’t enough people working there, and that’s the problem. But I’ve literally been in there and saw like 12 people working in the pharmacy. So, it must be standards and training. CVS, please train your employees and set standards that they must meet. If there’s still a problem, ask your employees how that problem can be solved, and make it happen. It’s not hard! This place is really a mess. And this place is a lifeline to lots of people around here. So, just find someone who cares and do better! ~Rob
