The people are nice enough. Some of them anyway, but they never answer the phone. I’ve been on the phone for 22 minutes now. This has happened many many many times. But only now am i annoyed enough to leave a review. Plus, this place has a second line to put in your prescription. So if you took your lunch break to go pick up your meds, and they left out one and you tell them to fill the one they missed, they tell you to go wait in another line to get it filled. Then come back in the line you were just in to get it. It’s absolutely insane! I wanna say there aren’t enough people working there, and that’s the problem. But I’ve literally been in there and saw like 12 people working in the pharmacy. So, it must be standards and training. CVS, please train your employees and set standards that they must meet. If there’s still a problem, ask your employees how that problem can be solved, and make it happen. It’s not hard! This place is really a mess. And this place is a lifeline to lots of people around here. So, just find someone who cares and do better! ~Rob

I have never used this business so I can not give any opinion on the quality of the company. I will say this to the company though.. Please tell your drivers to put down their phones and just drive. I had a Box truck following me for about 10 minutes and not once did I see him put his phone down. It's extremely dangerous to everyone and the driver themselves. Please advise your drivers to practice more safe driving. I have a photo of the person with the phone visible through the windshield.. I will not relinquish it though because I do not want someone to lose their job. Please tell them to drive more safely. THANK YOU ~James

Ive fuel a full tank of gas on 10/6/22, drove half a mile to my house and parked my truck. Later afternoon i started my truck but had an unusual shake on the engine. Took it to the store than it started shaking even more, my check engine light started flashing and lost power, truck engine sounds bad. Im taking it to the mechanic to have it cheked, but its very weird that this happened after i fueled and truck was running fine before. It may not be related to the fuel but we will see. Any one experience this on 10/6/22?? Hopefully they didn't messed up the tanks with diesel or something else. ~Byron

It is really a shame. But this is the second Walgreens pharmacy in this regional area that is not worthy of anything higher than one star. As I have read in other reviews, no one answers the phone. I called and was on 20 minutes as they switched me around with different music. I called again and actually asked my question as to why my prescription suddenly changed to "out of stock," after it said this all week and this morning it said "filling." The tech tells me hold on and then click disconnected after twenty more minutes. This is not how to do business. Customers should demand better service and let cooperate know. I see why so many people left Walgreens all together. ~James
