I wish I could give ZERO STARS bc that is how fed up I am. I have been to this pharmacy 3 times because they refuse to answer the phones anymore and when I go to pick up prescriptions they apparently never received them, don’t have any them, or don’t have the correct information, and I have to end up waiting to have them look into the issue or fill the prescription upon arrival. Management really needs to retrain this department because i have literally been there in person for at least half hour and hear the phone ring and ring and ring and no one bothers to pick it up. Now my doctor has also been trying to call them bc they keep telling me prescription is not covered by insurance at all when the doctors office has spoken with the insurance company directly and confirmed that it is mostly covered. And if the pharmacy reps would just bother to pick up the phone maybe they can clarify whatever the error is on their end but they never answer and now I’m running out of my medicine. This is just ridiculous that I have to go in for a fourth time only to hear from them again probably that they still don’t have the correct information

The people are nice enough. Some of them anyway, but they never answer the phone. I’ve been on the phone for 22 minutes now. This has happened many many many times. But only now am i annoyed enough to leave a review. Plus, this place has a second line to put in your prescription. So if you took your lunch break to go pick up your meds, and they left out one and you tell them to fill the one they missed, they tell you to go wait in another line to get it filled. Then come back in the line you were just in to get it. It’s absolutely insane! I wanna say there aren’t enough people working there, and that’s the problem. But I’ve literally been in there and saw like 12 people working in the pharmacy. So, it must be standards and training. CVS, please train your employees and set standards that they must meet. If there’s still a problem, ask your employees how that problem can be solved, and make it happen. It’s not hard! This place is really a mess. And this place is a lifeline to lots of people around here. So, just find someone who cares and do better!

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to and it’s bad every time. Went to the drive-through to pick up my order and it was only partially complete. When I told the worker there was a mistake, she said she will fill it and to come back around in 10 minutes. When I came back around to pick up my order not only was the medication not in stock, but the worker then closed the window in my face with a sign that said closed for lunch and they wouldn’t serve me. This place is horrendous and should be closed for their inability to function. Most unfriendly CVS I’ve ever been to as well

Went in yesterday to get a RX transferred from Walgreens to CVS and nobody made the call they promised to make to get it done. Called again this morning and some guy who made the excuse that he wasn’t there yesterday but said that he would get it taken care of ALSO never made the call. My dad gets there to help me out since it’s not safe for me to drive with how I’m feeling and they still hadn’t done anything to get my RX. He had to be there for over 30 minutes to finally force them to do their jobs. Never going back to this pharmacy if I can help it.

how can it be? According to the notice on the Website it says that it is a Pharmacy service 24 hours, but they close at 1:30 pm. Why do the employees all go to lunch at the same time, really? I wonder why they don't take turns?

This is the worst pharmacy. Every time my doctor sends them a scrip I get a call saying " we are out of stock" Every time. This time I needed antibiotics and an inhaler and they are out of stock. How can 2 medications that are common be out of stock.? I've changed pharmacy's today and the new one has no problems.

The reviews for this place are low for a very good reason. Very terrible and poor service. I refilled my prescription through their automated system because it's difficult to get someone on the phone . The automated system told me to pick up at 6pm. I arrive and get told by the pharmacist that it's not in stock after driving 20 minutes. I ask why no one called to advise me that it wasn't in stock to save me a trip and didn't get a response. I will not be returning. CVS stands for Crummy Vexatious Service. 😒👎

Been coming here for my medicine for 1 year and now suddenly after I have a newborn under my insurance. The lady claims my DOB isn't correct on my insurance so they will not give my babies medicine. I just picked up my medicine last week and the QUANTITY WAS SHORT in the bottles. So PLEASE CHECK the quantity and make sure you're getting what you were prescribed

I was at CVS pharmacy for a quick pick up. I ordered some photo prints online and wanted to pick them up. The person at the photo counter took only a few seconds to handover me the pictures. Also, I found this store to be nicely organized and managed.

Great! Helpful staff. clean and organized store. Every time I visit this store, my experience is great. Every staff member I talked to, were always nice and very helpful. Although Staff in the pharmacy are not so polite and same times they don’t even bother to acknowledge that customers are there and customers need their attention. The parking lot is there. Plus drive thru. I have no experience with drive thru or the self check out machines. All in all good store, at a very convenient location.
