Best auto repair shop in Ridgefield, New Jersey (NJ) 2024

I waited several months before I am leaving a one star negative feedback. I bought in 2012 Lincoln MKT for a repair. They diagnosed I need to replace a motor mount and lower control arm and a vibration and shudder will disappear. I picked the car after 2days and the shop owner informed me now I need a new transmission. He apologized for he mis-diagnosed at first place and he demand $800 for the repair. I took the car to another mechanic for 2nd opinion and they told me the problem is throttle opening sensor which I paid for $550. Now the car runs great. You see this robber try to make me fix a transmission which nothing is wrong. Stay away from this place. I decided to use this shop because I had business a block away. Well I was wrong. I will try to charge back the transaction. ~Old
