Wahoooo I came here for the first time after seen the last 10 reviews were kind of positive. However, I left here very very disappointed. First at all, my appointment was at 10am on a Saturday, I arrived on time with all my paper to show my tires size and specifications. The front desk lady was very very helpful, professional, kind and very attention to details. However, the employees in the back; they all need to be re-train or fire all . There was one guy (Alex-Name on the shirt )in particular that step on and off from his work station like he did not care at all. He went to Mc Donalds next door and came right back while he was on duty. he was using his headphones and the staff call his attention few times to take them off - He did not care at all. My car was pulled in for services at 1045am (45 minutes late). Im not sure if I will ever come back to this location; hopefully the manager or owner reads this message and start doing something about it. I even overheard a phone call to the store manager ( Michael) explaining the issues with Alex. Apparently is not the first and the 2 people at the front desk said to each other “ We are tired of him and today is not the time to argue”. I wish to personally get a part time job here and learn all the business practices; I can personally contribute at all.
